When someone has the job of loading pictures on someone's computer, that someone also gets the rights to the pictures involved. So here is a journey into my husband's moments.
Of course we have to start with a selfie.
This picture is a couple of years old - it was taken when we lived in
the yellow house on the corner. However, he still looks pretty much the
same, although he has trimmed his beard since then.
And it's obvious Steve had a selfie moment at one time, using his father's phone.
He doesn't always look like this - thank goodness.
Sometimes he looks like this. Don't worry, they're only cabbages. He doesn't always look like this - thank goodness.
This is where Howard works, fixing and updating big ol' pleasure boats. At least this is where he used to work before he got laid off. Now he mainly works on his cryptograms in our TV room, watching Jerry Springer. (I should add, that's only because he's had a bad knee for the past couple of days, and is hobbling around - getting better though.)
Talk about going down memory lane - a summer day at Gary Point Park beach.
Lizzie and Adrien. She actually asked Adrien if they could get married, but we all think she's a bit too young yet.
A future landscaper? Who knows ...
This was a surprise. I didn't know there was a huge bird pecking on the tree in the back yard. I think a zoom may have been used here. At least I hope so. I wouldn't want to be attacked by this fellow - death by pecking.
And here is one of the super moons they've been talking about. I think this have been snapped through Steve's telescope.
Another landscaper hard at work in the back yard.
Another kayak in progress. This one has been in progress for about 8 years, at least.
Howard, Nikkie and her mom went to New Westminster to see the Rainbow Warrior when it was docked there last year. Needless to say I had to work.
Another work picture.
If you need a hand to move, these are the folks to call - the crew that helped Neil and Shannon pack up their house for the move to Mission.
And finally - our trip to New Westminster, where we ate at Burger Heaven.
Lovely decor, tons of burgers to choose from ..
Mine was a something something chicken burger - impossible to eat all of this!
Howard's was all beef, of course, but he said it wasn't nearly as good as his own ...
... and he was probably right. Even though he did a no-no while cooking them. Nobody's died yet though, so it's all good.
Now I'm hungry ....
