My Flog for November 16
- Breakfast - Honey Nut Cheerios, Coffee
- Lunch - Not Telling (but we did stop at A&W around noon)
- Dinner - Pepper Steak and Rice
- Snacks - Butterscotch Pudding, Diet Grapefruit Soda, 1 square of Dark Chocolate w/Lemon Ginger Centre.....new studies say that eating Dark Chocolate has the same effect on your body as physical exercise - so I will probably exercise a lot more from now on...., a mini Tootsie Roll. At this rate the 90% off Hallowe'en Candy I bought in November should be gone by early spring....
