My Flog for October 21 - Flog only, nuttin' else, only flog....no snippets of wisdom...

  • Breakie - Honey Nut Cheerios with Milk, and Coffee
  • Lunch - Scrambled Egg/Cheese Sandwich on Whole Grain Bread
  • Dinner - Pork Tenderloin, Mashed Potatoes, Broccoli
  • Snacks - Diet Pepsi, Chocolate Covered Blueberries and Acai Berries, 2 1/2 Lemon Cookies
