Since I've promised I wouldn't complain any more, this Flog is really short and sweet. Well, not sweet. Sugar is sweet, as are chocolate bars, apple pie, chocolate cake..... I'm going to weep now.
- Breakfast - Toast and Coffee
- Lunch - Veggie Sandwich on Whole Grain Bread, Diet Coke
- Dinner - Fried Potatoes, Beans and Baloney - and that's not a load of baloney. Just had a little plate though, and I am still half starved to death, guess those fat grams haven't settled down yet
- Snacks - Granola Bar, Apple, Water
